The Raritan Township Police Department will fingerprint residents of Raritan Township under the following circumstances:

• Firearms Applicants
• Federal Requests
• In-State Adoption
• Out-of-State Requests
• Volunteer Firefighter Applicants

Fingerprinting under the above circumstances is done by appointment only.  Please contact police headquarters at 908-782-8889 to make an appointment with an available detective.

As per New Jersey State Police guidelines, the Raritan Township Police Department CANNOT fingerprint residents of Raritan Township for any of the following reasons:

• Employer Requests
• Expungement
• Foreign Business
• Good Conduct
• Immigration
• International Adoption
• Naturalization
• Personal Record
• Visa Applications
• Youth Athletic Coaching
